Site Surveys
Measured building survey
Whether it is for an individual plant room or an entire building, we can produce a digital representation of existing MEP services from a measured building survey. This accurate BIM model can then be used as part of a developed design or act as a tool in the facilities management of an asset.
Clash avoidance and resolution
Depending on our client’s needs, we can assist in the co-ordination of MEP services on site, during key phases of the build. This may be a few site visits to resolve clashes more effectively, or periodic visits to review the installation against the design parameters. We can tailor our services to meet any project demands, whilst delivering a cost-effective solution.
