Working on the 95 patient rooms, operating theatres, labs & pharmacy, Cadmic delivered 3D MEP co-ordination at the highest level of detail for contractor installation (LOD 500). Off-site prefabricated modules were designed & co-ordinated, containing MEP services reducing programme time & material costs on site.
Navisworks clash detection, visual fly-throughs & reports, along with remote client co-ordination workshops, led to a streamlined & cost-effective installation.

This project included services which formed part of the largest geothermal lake loop in Europe to provide heating and cooling. Cadmic were involved with the 2D MEP co-ordination to produce over 300 floor plans, section, elevations and detail sketches.
