Emerald Stadium, Leeds

Re-development of the rugby north and cricket south stand, along with a new 7,700 seat rugby south stand. Joint venture for Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Carnegie.

Cadmic were appointed to produce a hybrid 2D CAD & 3D Revit package during the design, installation, and handover phases of the project. Services included: HVAC, water, gas, power, external lighting, PA sound systems, building management systems, fire alarm, security, CCTV and access control.

Olympic Handball Arena, London

Award winning 7,500 seat multi-purpose arena hosting the London 2012 Olympic games.

It currently operates as a community leisure and training facility, accommodating a wide range of sports as well as concerts, conferences, and exhibitions.

Working within the LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games) exacting standards, methods an procedures & liaising directly with third party contractors to deliver installation drawings. Cadmic produced 2D MEP installation drawings, along with co-ordinated ceiling plans, detailed plant room layouts & site infrastructure plans.

This project involved the use of AutoCAD, Bentley Microstation and ArcGIS.

York Community Stadium

New 8,000 seat stadium, including additional retail, leisure, office, and community facilities. 25m swimming pool, fitness studio, community hub and cinema complex.

Cadmic were appointed to deliver full MEP drawing package from RIBA stage 4 to stage 6 in 2D AutoCAD, whilst producing spatially co-ordinated 3D Revit models for pinch point co-ordination areas.

Opera North, Leeds

City Centre Opera House redevelopment project, including education and rehearsal studios, offices, music suites and costume workshops.

Cadmic were appointed to lead the delivery of full MEP drawing services from RIBA stage 4 to stage 6 handover. Working within existing English Heritage listed structures, we used our building services and co-ordination experience to produce detailed layouts for the installation MEP services (HVAC, water, drainage, lighting, and power)
