Level 2 BIM
Level 2 BIM is defined by a clear collaborative approach, with team members delivering individual models to be federated into a combined model with shared responsibility.
High Level of Detail
We have expertise in delivering high level of detail and BIM compliant models. We focus on engaging as early as possible with our clients to digitally engineer our models to adhere to British Standards as well as any client company standards.
BIM Data
These data rich BIM models can then be used to create schedules, material take-offs and 4D sequencing.
Utilising BIM 360, we can collaboratively and remotely work alongside your business to suit your needs.
This allows us to also assist as a temporary modelling resource during peak times or fully stand-alone BIM modelling and management service.
DfMA & Prefabrication
Using our wealth of on-site experience working for MEP contractors, we can digitally engineer modules, skids and frames within a BIM environment.
COBie / Data Classification
Project requirements may stipulate data classification as part of the BIM deliverables, this will be in the form of Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie). Whilst adhering to British Standards for data exchange (PAS 1192 & BS EN ISO 19650), our straight-forward approach to classification data allows us to remove the complexity for our clients.
