Wood Wharf A2 & A3, London

43 storey and 14 storey landmark residential development in the heart of Canary Wharf providing 458 flats.

Cadmic were appointed as lead MEP co-ordinator to develop a current stage 4 MEP design into a clash free 3D MEP BIM model and installation drawings for our client. This project was modelled using Fabrication CADmep and clash detected using Navisworks Manage.

We were heavily involved in the project for over 3 years, providing on-site assistance and client meeting as required.

Mustard Wharf, Leeds

Mixed use build to rent scheme with 247 apartments across 3 buildings in Leeds city centre, along with 8,600sq ft of retail and leisure space.

Cadmic were appointed to produce 3D MEP BIM models for all commercial spaces and 2D coordinated floor plans for all MEP services, along with individually co-ordinated apartment layouts.

This hybrid 2D AutoCAD & 3D Revit solution allows us to meet our client’s requirements whilst remaining cost effective.
